PERRFECT  PLATTERS

PHILADELPHIA SMALL BUSINESS

Background Information:

This project highlights a student-owned business in North Philadelphia. In this package, I captured the owner's Friday routine as she prepares to sell her food and promote her business. I also captured her personality and story throughout the sit-down interview and as I taped b-roll. My mission with this package was to give a platform to a one-woman show and understand her passion behind her cooking.

Production and Tools:

I used Adobe Premiere Pro to insert B-roll, music, and interview clips.
I also created a lower third for everyone who was interviewed.
I used Adobe Audition to adjust audio levels in interviews.
