Background Information:

Philadelphia City Rowing or PCR is a non-profit organization that introduces the sport of rowing to underrepresented communities in Philadelphia. The program offers a unique opportunity for children to interact with others and learn a new sport that is more often inaccessible. My mission with this package was to inform the audience about an organization that is breaking barriers in the rowing community.
